Does Presly sell my data?
No. We have never sold customer data and never will. Our business model is based on subscriptions, not data monetization. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our service.
How do I delete all my data?
You can delete your account from the Settings page. This triggers deletion of all your personal data within 30 days. You can also email support@presly.ai to request immediate data deletion.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. Database backups are stored in geographically separate regions for disaster recovery.
Does Presly use cookies for tracking?
